I have the exact same copy. The 'Fourth Impression' on the back can still mean it's a first?

The 4th Impression on the back is the Hobbit, the 4th Impression of which came out in 1946, and this book came out in 1949.

I think “Fourth Impression” applies to the Hobbit in the advert.
