The footnote to this letter refers to a "more strongly worded draft for this letter" that is partially printed in Carpenter's Biography. The footnote refers to Biography p. 210, my paperback edition has it on p. 281 (12th paragraph of 'Slamming The Gates'. 'Biography' doesn't mention that it's a draft. "He wrote to Unwin in April 1950..." The later 'Letters' does say it's a draft.
I don't know if you will make a reference to drafts or if they will get their own entry.
