No pictures is very common on abebooks. I never experienced a seller there that didnt share pictures at request though.

It's not a 5th printing in any way. It's the first printing of the revised edition from 1966. You could also call it the 6th printing of this Ballantine edition but in no way is it a 5th printing. This is clear if you look at the copyright page. The printing of a book is often the last one stated in a list of printings, as is the case with this edition.
