I guess this is one of the proof copies sold in 2021. Hope one day this book will see the light of day, hopefully in its more complete form, including the letters that did not make it into the proof copies, according to Christopher Tolkien.

I think 2 or 3 of the books are still for sale though one of them is sold with some tolkien family postcards. I think 10 proofs were originally put up for sale with another 10 going to members of the family.
