I hope not. If so, I certainly hope it will be taken down. I guess I assumed the larger, more reputable companies, like Juniper Books, have a license for this sort of thing, but perhaps they are just larger versions of the many IP violations on Etsy?

Edit: there appears to be many of these small outfits, and none appear to have been shut down that I can fathom, so I shouldn't guess further.

The irony is that HarperCollins charge less per full book than this company charge for a redesigned dustwrapper. Doesn't seem right to me. If they could not use the Tolkien related text they presumably could not sell any......
