I received an email from Amazon US that shipping is delayed, expected delivery September 7 through September 11. I did see from Kaitlyn Facista's Twitter that attendees at Holly Ordway's talk in Birmingham, UK on Friday were able to purchase copies. Presumably those were from Holly Ordway herself though and likely were received well in advance of regular shipments. Hoping it shows up sometime this week!

I've read a review copy of Ordway's book Tolkien's faith. This seems to me a very fine addition to Tolkien studies, and I hope it wins a Mythopoeic Society Award for Inklings scholarship. The physical presentation of the book is exceptional: full cloth binding, pages in sewn signatures. Author and publisher are to be commended.

Their European website says it is sold out... Let's hope for a quick reprint, I have mine on order through bol.com and they say it should arrive between 4-17 October.

I just ordered a copy from the 'Word on fire' UK site for £23 + £9 shipping (was a 21% discount) if anyone is interested. I am UK based.

Yes - Copyright Page shows 4th Printing of 2002 Edition.

Looks pretty much identical to 2002 Edition - Includes CD - Price on DJ now £25 (was £20). Script on Front and Title on Spine in White rather than silver/grey as in 2002. Couple of minor text changes to prelims.

No, I’m in the UK. Holly, on FB posted that she had no idea what Amazon was up to with deliveries and suggested the book was in high demand, so it would be better to order from her site. That of course could be a selling strategy but I went with that anyway.
