Listed, Not available yet, so no price. The amazon even with shipping to the US was not bad. I wonder how Blackwell's will compare.
I guess no one has any idea if the U.S. release will happen around the same time as the U.K. release? I am hoping it's not a one-year delay as happened with the Illustrated-by-the-Author Deluxe Editions.

We've been told it will be just a bit longer than the UK - they were printed at the same time, but have to ship (literally, slow boats) to the USA and get to warehouses. Maybe end of year or early 2024?
The Deluxe editions were intentionally done a year later. If I had to guess, because the print runs were so large - they did the UK editions first and then (again, using the same printer) the US copies after a delay, plus shipping time again.
And it's now up on AwesomeBooks for pre-order for £64, with £3 shipping to the US. I've just pre-ordered from them. They've become my go-to for HarperCollins UK releases shipped to the US for the last several Tolkiens, and all have arrived undamaged. Can't wait for all 4 of these sets to come out.
