Just an observation on the S&G Trade Edition binding:
Australian first print (Griffin Press) - Black boards, UK First Print - Brown boards. With CoH, the first print in Australia (which was printed by Printing Express in Hong Kong) had much higher quality boards than the UK 1st. This time, the Aus version seems marginally lower quality.
