Hello, I'm new here so I apologise I forgot some rule.
I saw that HarperCollins released New paperbacks of The History of Middle-earth, books 1 and 2 (The Book of Lost Tales, ISBN: 9780261102224 and ISBN: 9780261102149).
I am interested in getting the complete series (all 12 books and the appendix) but I couldn't find any announcements for the books 3 to 13.
Do you know how I could find this information?
Thank you!

I’d suggest just keeping an eye out for future releases over the coming year. Although it’s likely the publisher will bring out the rest, there is no guarantee until notification by them.

Maedhros welcome, and as
Huan says, best to keep checking back for new releases. I hope the series will be released in the coming couple of years, I expect it will but obviously nothing concrete yet.
The site has a calendar,
https://www.tolkienguide.com/calendar/, you can use it to see new books and other releases, auctions, and other things so we'll worth checking out.

Welcome to TolkienGuide!
These paperbacks are not new editions - same ISBNs as before, just with a refreshed cover design. So they will not generally be announced, and will slowly trickle out as the old cover designs are sold through various distribution channels and warehouses. Even after they are available at some retailers, you still might get the old cover design though, so patience will be key when they first start showing up.

BolT 1 and 2 have new ISBNs though, don’t they…? The product pages that feature the new covers have a different publication date, which is what’s making me ask.

No, BoLT1, BoLT2, Sil, UT all have the same ISBN as the previous "current" B-Format paperbacks.
B&L and FoG did however get new ISBN's; I imagine because these ones are aren't illustrated and the previous B-Formats were illustrated.

Too true: I didn’t have them on hand.
Worthy of mention:
On the HarperCollins UK site, a good deal of HoM-e paperbacks have ‘image coming soon’ for their cover art, so that’s a good indicator. Not a promise of anything! But a sign all the same.
We’ll all stay tuned.
