Mine just arrived, absolutely beautiful. I have emailed HC to thank them for changing the packaging.

A wonderful shipping solution from HC; I picked up the first two sets in-store so as to check for damage but for this one I let the Amazon order ride and it arrived in perfect condition. Will happily do the same for the last set now.

Honestly, the price of a small amount of extra cardboard makes such a big difference in both increased satisfaction for readers and far less hassle for HC and the retailers having to replace damaged boxes.

Arrived safely

Mine arrived safely as well, via AwesomeBooks. Much credit to HC for listening to buyers' concerns and adding the additional box for protection.

Mine also arrived from Amazon who by some miracle left it in the HC box. Growth!

My part was very small, but I am glad you don't regret the decision

I have kept track of the artwork used across these boxes, anyone interested who ahs not collected them can see what artwork has been used on the books and box panels at my POST.

New in today :)

I will not recieve the fourth box for a couple of weeks but from the images I ahve seen of it, I love the colours again.
