New member here...is it possible to purchase/order an 'On Demand' print of the History of Middle Earth - Index?
Possibly like many, I'm looking for a way to get an original looking print of this edition for my collection.

No, they are no longer being produced, you may find one on sites like eBay or you can order HoMe boxed set 4 which includes a hardback Index.
