Overall, as good as you will likely find of this now rare book. The second editions Hobbits have all but disappeared, in any condition. The first ten have most of the key textual changes to align it with the Lord of the Rings which is advertised on the rear flap.

I just read a description for the first American Edition of Unfinished Tales that started off "A rare find in any condition . . ." and I'm like, then why am I wading through hundreds of them? It didn't have a printed price on the front flap of the DJ, so BCE. I think it's an AI description, since I think it put something like that for my recent 11th print sale. I changed it to an actual description of my book.
