I tried looking up the authentication company (Buona Fede Authentication USA IT) this listing has a COA from and a cursory googling seems to indicate the company is not legitimate. I'm no expert, just figured I'd warn anyone looking at this item. For what its worth, their website footer has a copyright date of 2035.

Yeah, it looks as bad as one of Sir Ian's Gandalf sketches, but I suspect it is fake. All these authentication companies, even the "legit" ones are completely bogus. I'd consider that sketch worthless, personally -- and the authentication definitely appears fraudulent. I could start an authentication company tomorrow and it would have as little worth.
