I believe the statement that the publication year is 1966, is mistaken. One of these sold in September (per auction results on TCG), and the picture of the copyright page there shows 1973, though 1966 is mentioned in terms of the GA&U publication.

This was reprinted at least once in 1979.

So wise to get a photo of the copyright page from seller if bidding to make sure it is 1973 first.
