FYI, I have dug into those links you provided, but after looking at the details, those listings actually refer to the 2000 edition, which has slightly different art on the dust cover (it includes runic borders on the top and bottom of the dust jacket). Most of what I have found online on abebooks and biblio etc. refer to that edition.
These two volumes (2000 & 2006) share the same ISBN number. So is not a reliable way to search or discern from stock photos and descriptions in this instance. Results for both will appear.
That’s correct, unfortunately at present the only listings to be found include stock photos / no photos and minimal description. But they do include the publication date of 2000, so it’s probably safe to assume the listings are for the earlier printing. At those asking prices and given the dearth of useful information, I’m certainly not going to risk it.Mr. Underhill wrote:

The 2000 hardback is harder to come by than the 2006 (less printings were done) often when dealers list an item with stock information on a site like ABE using the ISBN to auto populate information, it will default to an older volume. The only way to know would be to ask for images. Not just in this instance, but in any case when dealing with these kinds of listings.
Which I would gladly do, however this particular seller does not respond to messages. The merchant is one of those huge book warehouses. Frankly, I’ll wait for some other listing to pop up. There’s no rush.Mr. Underhill wrote:
