Oxford Poetry 1915 POD

I think it would be very difficult and expensive to argue that it was still in copyright as we have no idea what terms Tolkien and the other poets signed up to when they had the poems published.

Reminds me of the POD A Middle English Vocabulary from last year.

You all may know this already, but Oxford Poetry 1915 is available online for free, both here (in the combined 1914–1916 edition), and here (by itself).

As Trotter says, copyright is a tricky one here; and with others of Tolkien's works I've seen on-line.

However, the basis of theses sites' claim that these works of Tolkien's to be in the public domain seem to me to be questionable:

Now how many works of that era have a visible notice of copyright?
