Here in the USA, we are in the midst of the Thanksgiving holiday so it seems appropriate to have this question for you all:
Who are you thankful for today?
I'm of course interested in answers that are on topic (Tolkien collecting related) but anything goes for today!

On topic: Wayne and Christina, both of whom have of course done an incredible amount of scholarly, collecting, and fannish work, but also are wonderful people to meet in person, and have been very giving of their time and knowledge to myself and everyone else I have run across in this community. Thank you so much!
Off topic: My wife who puts up with all of this, my kids (all five of them) whom haven't caught the Tolkien bug but have their own collecting interests that are blossoming, and the rest of my extended family, of course.
Happy Thanksgiving! (Or Thursday in the midst of November, for the rest of you lot.)

My wife and 5 cats (youngest aged 1, oldest aged 18) - Nothing else really matters. Probably don't need any more though (wife or cats).

Wouldn't even be discussing anything if it wasn't for this forum. So thank you Urulöké for keeping TCG running. And Deagol, of course; that goes without saying... ;)

But seriously, I also blame Deagol for 99% of the madness too. Speaking for myself.

I have to repeat a lot of your answers... also so thankful to
Urulöké for masterfully running this site,
Deagol whose site I've used nearly once a day for years now,
Findegil for a zillion and one things,
Khamûl for his terrible sense of humour
, the list goes on...
Keeping on topic, I'm extremely thankful (as I know we all are) to Christopher Tolkien. No one can ever praise too much what he's done for the Tolkien community and the world of literature in general.
