On a Silmarillion 2004 1st Houghton Mifflin.
Does it seem genuine to you?
Many thanks in advance

I have the similar Harper Collins Silmarillion signed by Nasmith with some provenance and it is almost identical to what you are showing.

Always good to get a Ted signature. I only have the two (one on the '92 Super Deluxe). They are definitely far less common than some of the other Tolkien artists. Though John Howe's is even less common, I'd hazard. I think a lot of it is just down the respective artist's locations and their proximity (and interest) in doing signing events.
