Looks like this dealer is selling the whole lot, for anyone interested in getting the set. Not very good at differentiating naming the listings though.

Thanks for that link, I've been looking for a few in that style now though since I pointed Galahad in making a post here I'll make sure to let them pick up that BoLT 2 if they want.

There was also a '98 box set, with "The end of the third age" replacing the expanded "Sauron defeated" volume. My slipcase is now a bit tattery.
