Here I go, totally contradicting myself when I said I didn't want/need another deluxe. The table of contents and nice foil design put me over the edge of self-restraint.
I ordered both editions from Blackwells shipped here to Texas. Standard editions are usually shipped regular mail and the dust jackets arrive a little beat up, but the deluxe editions are usually shipped DHL and arrive in great condition. I'm hoping they are shipped together this time. Really looking forward to reading it!
Does anyone know what's going on with the two different prices of the standard edition on the Blackwell's website? They appear to be identical (see screenshot and link here). I ordered the cheaper one, on account of it costs less money.

One is the HarperCollins edition and the other, slightly cheaper one is the Mariner(artist formerly known as HoughtonMifflin) edition.

Aha, I see now down at the bottom (I didn't think Blackwell's would sell both editions). Thanks, Mr. Underhill!
Do you expect a different quality in these two editions? different printers perhaps?
EDIT: It is curious to note that if you buy from europe the prices are actually very similar but the cheapest is the HarperCollins one (on the right)...
I guess that they put both editions just to have the most location based convenient price...
