Looks like the current seller of this signed 2nd impression Hobbit is asking £65,000. Quite the increase from July’s auction price of £23,000.

We have been unable to locate any other signed copy of the second impression sold at auction since 1982 (a "worn" copy, without dustwrapper sold at Sotheby, Parke Bernet and Co).
They know full well that a copy was sold at auction since 1982, they bought it.
