After a discussion with Bergelmir, I would like to make an addendum regarding the french 'Bakshi' 1st editions. It's unclear ATM , and without access to Christian Bourgois Éditeur archives, to know if the jacketed version are more scarce than the paperboard variants. It seems the jacketed editions came a bit earlier (but again, this is not confirmed)
Only books 1 and 2 get paperboard printings, book 3 is only known as a refurbished 1st edition with a Bakshi DJ.
In any case, both variants are actually the french edition which is the more scarce and tough to find.
