Found this book on Amazon The Legend of a Hero Beowulf Illustrated by John Howe Retold by Nicky Raven.

I bought the slipcased version and the illustrations from John are fantastic as always and very reminiscent of his Tolkien work.

The Professor gets a brief mention at the end in John's notes on the book.
