They and the silver Silmarillion box set appear a lot on ebay. The set was £19.99 when issued and disappointed me that they included a rebound paperback and not a hardback Hobbit, and the same in the Silmarillion.

48 bids (£74.37), someone obviously wants this set.

But is too stupid or lazy to look for another copy, which would save them about £50!

Get this bargain, or as Khamûl pointed out, instead of being lazy, buy one of the other numerous copies on ebay, such as this one for the same price as it was originally sold at.

It looks likely that a newbie ebayer has been stitched up food and proper - 66% of the losing bidder's bids are with that seller - covering a lot of different item categories too.

Don't know but looked like someone bidding on his own items to me.
