Says 750 pounds in the listing. Too much (IMHO) given the defects. I'd love to have a set of these, but not at these kind of prices.
Wow, that's by far the worst spine fading I have seen on one of these. Australian sun with no Ozone layer, I guess.

I am confused by the seller stating that this set is by Grafton, I thought this set was Unicorn/Unwin Paperbacks, as on http://www.tolkienbooks.net/php/details.php?reference=82380
My belief is that Grafton were only around during the HarperCollins era.
Anyone ever seen any Grafton boxsets?

Ending soon & looks in decent enough condition; £30 is a fair price for this edition, I'd have thought. Mind you, there is a distinct lack of detail & photos ("VG" + one photo is all you're getting) & the seller has listed this incorrectly, with the revised 1992 HarperCollins particulars given in the Nielson Book Services "detailed item information" section, & in the listing title ("1992").

Seems to have been sold outside of eBay - So did someone on here buy this? Trotter?
Was too rich for my blood at that price, rare or otherwise!
