Hi,

Does anyone have scans of the 'contents sheets' that were included in the shrinkwrap of some of the copies of Vol 1 and (I believe) all of the copies of Vol 2 of the Deluxe Editions of the History of Middle-Earth? I have the original sheet with my vol 3, but was curious as to what 'blurb' was included with the first two volumes...
