Haven't seen as yet, but glad it was Songs. 10 - 12K sounds about right, based on the couple I have seen come up.

Reminds me that I still haven't printed my Facsimile "Songs" (adds 'acquiring suitable paper' back onto list of things I never seem to get around to)

The collector isn't a member of this group; he's a private bloke who doesn't have any internet presence at all, AFAIK.

Agreed. I'm very appreciative of his choice to share. Whilst I have scans and photos of all of the pages of Songs in varying quality, some from multiple sources, the one thing that is hard to find is any actual pictures of it where you can see the construction detail a little better. So really glad to see this.
