Hi all, I wonder if anyone remembers Daeron's books in Milton Keynes?
It was run by a lovely lady, Angie. Sadly it closed down, it was an amazing little place and Tolkien heaven. Does anyone know them or if they re-opened. If I remember she wrote the questions for the Lord of the rings board game.

Yes, I remember Daeron's very well.
Sadly Steve Gardner passed away a few years ago.
Angie Gardner is well, but no longer in the book trade.

I remember the shop and Steve/Angie well. I have a copy of the Lord of the Rings Trivia game that she signed for me.

I wrote some of those questions too - 20 questions for 9 chapters, 180 questions in total.

That's really sad to hear. Their shop was awesome. I used to see her at the Tolkien weekend at Sarehole mill, I live in Birmingham so I go every year but I noticed a while ago her stall was no longer there. That's really sad to hear.
