By one of those weird coincidences that happen in life, I have just had a lucky find of a poor condition, but dust-jacketed, copy of Huddersfield Dialect.
The jacket, of course, aligns with the Wade image used for the facsimile but is not price-clipped.
So I have added some closeups of the price on the inside flap. Let me know if you want me to upload any more images.
For those who are curious, the book itself does not have the gild coat of arms on the cover.

Nice find! And thanks for sharing the pictures of your dustjacket. One of two currently known, so rarer than Songs for the Philologists. Probably not as pricey though.

I suspect there will be more of them out there. Probably mostly in West Yorkshire, waiting to be discovered.
