Aunt Jane and Simon Tolkien's Hobbit. Starts at 4:55. I don't know where the expert got the idea that Tolkien corrected 1500 dust-jackets himself to remove the extra e in Dodgeson. The book was bought in by Tracy Steinberg, Simon Tolkien's wife.

469 (pp.294-5) - This lot consists of a First Edition copy of The Hobbit inscribed to Tolkien's aunt Jane Neave, together with a one page letter dated 22 September 1937. The lot description includes a few short quotes from the letter and the opening is reproduced in a photograph. It sold for £48,000.
The letter is also referenced on page 215 of the Chronology, J.R.R. Tolkien Companion & Guide by Scull and Hammond, 2nd edition.
