Dear all,
Do you know if the shop of the website Tolkien Library is still operational? I tried to contact Pieter Collier and leave an enquiry for a book but I got no answers in 5 days. Was just wondering since it's my forst enquiry on this shop.

Pieter has been very busy in recent months, but I am quite hopeful that everything is ok and he will be able to respond to everyone as soon as he can.
Tolkien Library is a one-man show, and he lives in Belgium which has been hard hit by COVID-19.

Hope everything is going all right for him. I live in france so I understand how bad the situation was due to Covid pandemic.

I bought something from him several years ago. He did reply eventually, but it took at least a few months if I recall correctly, and that was after a few tries spaced months apart. So just be prepared to be patient, all the more with the pandemic.

I'm truly sorry... having a lot going on all over the place. Trying to keep my company (marketing agency) running through covid-19 crisis, myself hit by symptoms and need to stay in quarantine for another 7 days or so... but feeling better, wife not at all ok and is undergoing surgery next wednesday (fingers crossed), kids at home for 10 weeks and need to learn new things every day (so next to company leader, husband, ... no have become teacher). I'm sorry for all Tolkien related emails that are being left unanswered, but right now I don't know where to look first and my full focus is first for my wife and family now.
