These are 2nd, 2nd, 1st, 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 1st.
So, 2nd impressions might give you all of them with the smaller HC logo (and the last 4 have the smaller logo).
I will not be seeking out 2nd impressions myself - I just wanted to have an HC version of each book with the correct font (and in the case of RotK, without the subtitle on the front).
