This addresses my biggest complaint about the Atlas, so great to know. I might still pick it up even though I've got my sights set on an EP Atlas, which should alleviate the gutter issues significantly compared to the standard hardcover. Shame Fonstad never got to execute that last revision she wanted...
I have had some time to explore the eBook edition at last. The browser experience if great. It is really slick and reading is comfortable. On the Kindle Oasis things are not so great. This is not about the book but rather the Oasis and it is the first time I have been underwhelmed by the reader. Images are not displayed in the best way.
Where the file comes into its own though is extracting it and using the images raw. The resolution is high enough to explore on a standard desktop monitor and it really benefits the images.
Very glad to have it all told.
