I've only been seriously collecting for around eight months, and that's exactly how many I have, plus one:

Harper Collins History of the Hobbit box set
Annotated Hobbit reissue
90's John Howe Smaug paperback
90's HC green hardback
2020 hardback box set
two copies of the 2004 Deluxe slipcase
a hardcover and a softcover of the Rankin/Bass illustrated edition


I also have the BBC radio drama, and the Andy Serkis & Rob Inglis audiobooks on disc.
