Not at all sure about the price point, but (if the story is true) this seemed worthy to note at least.
Has a closed tear upper right corner, and some pinholes in corners, but otherwise a really nice condition first print of Pauline Baynes' Lord of the Rings map poster. Ending in a few hours.
Unfortunate condition. Beat up slipcase, ample sun damage, scruffy looking spine...
Watch it go for £300 minimum.

Was listed for £185 a few weeks ago and didn't have any takers, so hopefully no one will be daft enough.
I have a beginner's question:
Is $80 a good price for the above HM first edition of THE ROAD GOES EVER ON A SONG CYCLE? I'm interested in getting a copy of this book, and I have not seen a cheaper option. Thank you!

I think that is too high, given the fact that it is a third impression, and the condition of the book. Searching through recent eBay listings that sold shows that the book appears often and at a better price, if you keep your eyes on the market:
Thank you, Urulókë, this is incredibly helpful! I just joined eBay this week so I'm still learning. I'll try to grab the next one.
