It'll be interesting to see if someone actually pays the asking price on this '54 Hobbit.
Looks like the seller is being pretty accurate in their description on condition.
The one thing that was missing in the description was the large missing strip from the front-right of the dustjacket, where the flap has been re-attached to the front. If it wasn't for that, I think it would sell at the asking price.
Pointless to say, that, watching the auction from France, I would have had to add £27 for shipping and more than £140 of import taxes... for a total of £727 !!! Total nonsense. Some people really have money to spend...
