Yeah, Book Depository is the same as well -- which for me in the US makes both of them cheaper than Amazon.co.uk for the Deluxe edition. Never had Amazon try and charge me $19 in shipping until now; which is fine I didn't really want to order through them anyway. Had a horrible experience with my last order that arrived damaged and they wouldn't cover the return international shipping.

Can anyone give details about the quality of the packaging in the packages from Speedyhen ?

Nothing special, just a book in a box the last time I ordered from them.

Having said that, when I ordered the standard Silmarillion earlier this year AGreatRead said me a few dud copies (that DJ & spine lean) and I eventually called it a day with them & ordered from SpeedyHen. Copy was as good as one could expect for the title; but there was zero packaging within the standard mailing box.

FYI...as was mentioned in a previous post, looks like copies of the Nature of Middle-Earth are out for sale early. I just picked up a Houghton Mifflin Harcourt copy at my local Barnes and Noble in the Philadelphia area.
