This sounds interesting... it is "just" a translation of the third part of the Lost Road or does it include material from Vinyar Tengwar / Parma Eldalamberon ? What is the new graphic charter ?

It's not just the translation extracted from the Lost Road. In fact, at the time of the Lost Road's translation, the translator had integrated some corrections (mostly minor typos) from VT 45/46 corrigendas, with the help of Carl Hostetter and Patrick Wynne, based on the advice of Didier Willis. The goal wasn't to merge both the Etymologies and their addendas, for that would mean a completely different book, different from the chapter designed by Christopher Tolkien.
About the new design : before last year, Bourgois, the French publisher, used titles in all lower cases. That was actively criticized by some peoples, so now they used a new one, based on all capitals.
