Too bad the photos are so poor on that map, kind of looks interesting. Not at all interested at that price, though, personally. Can't tell how good of a job they did! I get that original art is basically whatever a buyer and seller can come to an agreement on for price, but calling a piece of art "incredibly rare" is a stretch - all original art is, as they are all unique!

I’ve got a set of these but without the slipcase unfortunately. But in perfect unread condition.
What would be a good/normal price?
