Commiserations...

I have almost entirely given up on Amazon. They were okay (for me) up to about 2 years ago. Now books seem to be just thrown in boxes (or worse paper envelopes) with virtually no protection and left to move around inside the box during transit. The majority of packages in the past 2 years that I have received from them have had damaged books.
