I assume the seller's other listing for a LotR 1st/2nd set is also fraudulous. The seller has only been active since 24th December 2024.

Yes looks likely to be a scammer.
No other books listed / Pictures stolen from other listings (at least for the Hobbit but 99.99% sure for the other listing also...) Huge red flag.
Be careful people.
