Adding this here because the copyright page seems to indicate that there are additions/changes since the 2003 first edition that Emilien shared from his "recent acquisition" a while ago. I don't know if the price is enticing or not, but I am curious if anyone knows the differences.

I have seen this listing in the last few weeks. Was also curious at the time.
The copyright page of this 2016 printing is stating some illustrations which are not in the 2003 printing. I have to admit that the illumination on the cover is very attractive !
