Actually that's not the '91 first print centenary, but the 1st impression of the '94 edition (ISBN 0261103202) which claims to be the '91 edition.

The '91 first does not have a number line on the copyright page, shows the Centenary logo on the back of the DJ and has a different ISBN (0261102419)
