And postage from UK to Germany £100…there is a 0 to much in both: price and postage.....

Bought a revised edition 2nd impression in very good shape with very good dustjackets for £140. It felt expensive enough.

And here we are with rare_book_cellar claiming a book as a first printing. In this case, we can say for sure it isn't, as the first printing of the Hobbit was slightly larger format and I can see from the picture that this isn't it. This is any one of the dozens of prints that followed, and I'm sure rare_book_cellar knows that.

I had no idea that books could wear the One Ring and turn invisible!

There's so many listings (especially on abebooks) without a picture. At least this seller tried .

I disagree with the sellers assessment of "very good" condition, as the book appears to have disintegrated completely
