I gambled and ordered a sealed copy with the '50th Anniversary' on the spine from eBay for the original list price of £100 (see photos).
I knew it wasn't a 1st or 2nd impression - as no £100 on the flyer, however the shape of the spine and general quality of the colour and lettering suggested a LEGO SPA impression.
I got lucky - it is a third impression (arrived today).
